Due to a severe health issue in February, I was unable to ship a couple of items in a timely fashion. They were shipped, and received by buyer s and one left me a negative feedback.
when I recovered in August, I discovered I was unable to list because of a suspension. There is no indication in Messenger on why my account was suspended, just the continued payment of fees. I talked to an Ebay representative two weeks ago, and the account was supposed to be reinstated, but it has not been that way. I am at a loss as to what to do now. Who or how do I contact a human regarding this?
