I’m on restriction to bid and I paid for the items can your please unrestricted me

Are you simply blocked when you try to bid or buy?  If so, it sounds like you may have 2 or more unpaid item strikes. To find out, go to your Purchase history and scroll down down down and look for unpaid and cancelled orders.

What error message are you getting when you try, or if no error message what circumstances lead you to your conclusion that you are "restricted to bid":  what page are you on, what blanks do you fill and what links do you click, what happens next vs. what did you expect to happen?
