An "expert" at ebay deemed my antique celluloid plastic necklace most likely ivory. It is definitely not ivory but customer service doesn't care. They are trusting their own expert who can't feel it or touch it. But since I listed it, they have restricted my account against the use of certain words- one of course being ivory. I have a lovely french ivory dress which I now have to call it light cream. I also can't use the word vintage, antique, Victorian, carved or pierced. Almost every single item I sell is vintage or antique so I have to change every listing. I have over 3000 listings and this is going to take a lot of time. Dylan, the supervisor for customer service was rude and incredibly unhelpful. I am so frustrated and upset.
