I just created my account and made my first sale and now my account is restricted and the ebay rep told me that they are restricting my account because they feel like it and wont lift the restriction !!! HOW CAN I FIX THIS

Holds, restrictions, or suspensions are usually placed on accounts for one of the following reasons:
- You have eBay selling costs to pay
- You need to reimburse eBay for a refund or a claim paid to your buyer
- You have violated one of the rules or policies
- eBay couldn't verify your account information and needs more information.
✓ Check eBay messages first https://mesg.ebay.com/mesgweb/ViewMessages/0 also check your "trash"
✓ Check to see if you owe anything to eBay, and make a one-time payment if you do: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
✓ Verify/update/complete your Profile Registration:
- Name, address, phone number, and identity information (profile) on your eBay Account: https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile
- Use a Street Address, even if you don’t get mail there.
- Make sure both email and cell phone are marked "Verified".
✓ Add a Checking Account and Credit/Debit Card: https://ppcapp.ebay.com/myppc/wallet/list
✓ Please check to see if you have BOTH a Checking account marked as "Used for payouts" and a credit/debit card. One of these (bank account or card) needs to be marked as "Preferred for selling costs".

- You'll need to talk with eBay Customer Service
- Read this page, then contact Customer Service

I dont have any of those reasons to be restricted...and i called customer service back and they told me they wont tell me why and they will never change there mind ...im banned for life for no reason whatsoever...this is so unfair ...how can a company do this to an innocent person ..
