Restricted and confused pls help-

So I just made this account and I already got restricted,for smt I msged outside ebay I think? And I tried calling

And I was so confused and stressing out because it only could do united States and CANADA.. so now I'm waiting for  something to happen and I did almost everything  to get my account back but nothing worked.. so i don't know who to call... so I need help and I've already checked almost every thing that's the topic accounts restricted. I need help or tips and I need to call them!!

You need to be on the UK site not the US site which is where you are right now.
