Restricted account

My account is still stated it’s restricted. It stated that I had a balance of $5 for fees, which I paid a week ago. 3 times accidentally, and it’s still restricted. I’m not even sure what the $5 charge was for as I’ve never sold anything. How do I reach a person as I’ve tried the chat with no success snd I’m trying to purchase an item.

In this forum, we do not have access to your Account details. In looking at your feedback as a Buyer though, it appears at some point you purchased a Square Trade Warranty. That could be what the charge is for.
