Hi, I received the below email and my account has been restricted. 
 
"Hello, 
We wanted to let you know that you have been temporarily restricted from selling and buying on eBay because of concerns about your seller account. This must be frustrating, but measures like these help keep our marketplace safe for everyone.

Here’s what you should do
Please get in touch as soon as you can by going to the Help & Contact page below and selecting Contact Us. We’ll just need to ask you a few questions to verify your account so you can get back up and running again. If we don’t hear from you within 7 days, your account may be at risk of being suspended.

I've gone to the page as directed by the email but can't find anyway to answer questions in order to verify my account. Is there a way to do this, or to speak to somebody in customer service instead of a bot?

1. You can select the option to have eBay call you or chat from the left hand side of the screen on this linked page:

https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4822&st=10 (If you receive the chat bot type AGENT)

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media.

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back

 

2. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
