Restocking charges

Only after I seek a return then the store tells me I may need to pay a restocking charge.  That's not up front but dishonest.

A seller can not charge a restocking fee. The only deduction a seller can make from a refund is for when the item is returned in a different condition than when sent.

Restocking fees are not allowed on eBay. 

Why do you wish to do a return?
