Reserve not met in Advanced Search

Is there a way to find items where the reserve price was not met in the Advanced Search function?  I've tried all combinations and have not been able to figure out how it can be done.

Hi @nc_dave 

Are you wanting to find auctions that have ended without the Reserve being met ... regardless of the particular item?  There is no way to do that that I know of.

If you're looking at completed auctions for a particular item ... you'd have to Search Completed listings (using filter 'Auctions') for that item ... and then check auctions with bids on them that don't show as 'Sold'.  They should show 'Reserve not met' in the Bid History.

Thanks, that does work - requires a little deeper dive into each item, but it does work.

eBay has no search filter for with or without Reserve Price.   They don't even display any Reserve status on search results of active auctions (they do for completed unsold auctions).  Sellers pay a hefty fee for a Reserve, part of which is for getting the clickthroughs that come from a potential buyer clicking on what looks like a low potential selling price (only to find it's "Reserve not met").
