Reserve Price Fee

I accidentally listed my item as a set price and an option separate listings I realize the error of my ways and canceled the auction and sold my phone through the direct listing but I was trying to say $30 price Reserve fee for the auction even though it was canceled and it never even got close to the reserve price can I not be charged at $30 thank you

@options282561   You are more than welcome ... sorry it happened, we see that on a regular basis.  I sell a lot auction style so my starting price is high enough that if it sells on one bid I make my profit.  More bids simply means more profit.  eBay usually suggests a low starting price and that's where Sellers can get in to trouble which we also see on a regular basis.

Hi @options282561 

 

The Reserve price Upgrade on Auction listings is charged every time the item is Listed or Relisted whether it sells or not.  It was an expensive mistake but not a reversable charge.
