Requst shipping reimbursement

I recently received an improper item and had to ship it back. The costs were high, and I would like a reimbursement due to the fact that the wrong item was sent to me to begin with.

Hi @kinglouiev 

You were supposed to wait for the seller to send you a prepaid shipping label OR the return-shipping money before returning the item.  [Which one they do depends on whether you and seller are in the same country.]

I don't know of a way to get reimbursed for your return shipping after the fact ... assuming the seller isn't willing to do it voluntarily.
