Where is the request total?

If you have multiple items in your cart and the seller says that they will combine shipping and all that I need to do is request total to get a invoice to pay.  If I click on the cart there's no request total. If I go to check out, there's no request total. In the help section it says to request total but doesn't say where the request total is. The AI chat doesn't know.

If you are using the eBay app or a mobile browser, try using a desktop browser or a mobile browser in desktop mode to request a total from the seller.

The desktop mode on mobile I had already tried. The answer is in the cart, if the seller has the items setup for it.

Using a mobile browser in desktop mode, or a desktop browser, when I put multiple items from the same seller into my cart, I see an option to "Request total" from the seller in the upper right of the cart.
