Quote: You can only request a revision for feedback that is less than 30 days old. You can make 5 feedback revision requests per calendar year.
I'm sorry.

How long has it been since he left the feedback? Be more precise than “more than 30 days ago “. You would need to send the buyer a feedback revision form.

I’ve never had to actually send one, I’m going to tag another mentor,
can you please tell them how to send a feedback revision form?

If it’s been that long, it’s too late, and remember, you only get to send five a year.
No, even if the other member goes NARU, the feedback stays. Eventually the score won’t be affected, since the percentage is based on the previous 12 months, and the comment will drop off the front page of your feedback, but it’s there forever.

As other's have said it's too late to send a feedback revision request. Also you should never try to bribe a buyer into removing feedback with a promise of a refund. That's a policy violation.
As soon as the feedback was left I would have reached out to the buyer to try and make things right to make them happy. THEN you ask for the feedback revision after they are happy in an eBay message, not in the reply on the FB page.
See the feedback extortion policy>

As for HOW to send a feedback revision request it's easy when you have a feedback that qualifies. You just go to your feedback page and instead of reply you will the option to send a revision request.
You can also use the blue button on this help page>
I wouldn't worry about the one negative feedback. You have other good feedback from buyers.
