Reprinting a shipping label

I recently shipped a product to a customer and while in transit one of of items it got damaged. The buyer contacted me and showed me the damage. I was willing to send him a new one for the one that broke but in order to send him a new one i need to print another shipping label. I see that i can purchase another shipping label but I saw that people could reprint there shipping label without paying for it again. How do i do that?

You can't reprint the label without paying it for it again - it was used and shipped and handled by USPS - it's not a free service.

Labels can only be reprinted, unused, within the first 24 hrs anyway.

You have to buy another label with new tracking for the replacement.

Reprinting is only if you had a problem printing the label in the first place. 

Your label was already used to ship otherwise the buyer could not have received the package.
