Reporting Problematic content

I received a letter today from Ebay stating I have been filing "unfounded reports" and the consequences to my account if it continues.  Only one problem.... I havent filed ANY reports with Ebay ?? this came from them why?? and of course at the conclusion of their accusing me of this it's signed do not reply this was sent to me by ebay and we have no means to ask why ...

Any suggestions?  I tried Contact Ebay but they don't have a category about this there I can't send a rebuttal either.  Has this happened to anyone else?

Okay, that makes more sense but it still could be a spoof email.  Use this link to request a call back and ask them what's going on: eBay Customer Service

Hi @mufasasecurity

As far as I know eBay will message you or email you if there is a problem.  Not sure why they would use a letter sent in the mail.
