Report seller ?

Wondering if it is worth reporting a seller ? I won an auction for a sports card. The seller canceled the sale saying it was damaged or unavailable. After contacting, I was offered the same undamaged card for a much higher price. Should this be reported ?

If the seller actually canceled using the reason "damaged or out of stock", then the seller has received an expensive defect for the account; several such cancellations and the seller will no longer be able to sell on eBay.
