Buyer is refusing to pay for a sold auction listing. When I click "Report Buyer" I get an error message every time: "We ran into a problem. It looks like something went wrong. Please try again later." This has been occurring for weeks.
I've spoken with ebay about this on the phone and they keep telling me that "it should be fixed in 24 hours."
To no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
