Report An Item

I am dealing with a vendor that is selling fraudulent items. When I go to 

'Report an Item', a new window opens up stating that this is no longer supported. It instructs to  go to the original listing and select the 3 dot icon to file the report. The trouble is there is no 3 dot icon anywhere on the original listing. Has anyone else discovered this Ebay deadend directive?

Is the listing still active or is it sold and no longer available for purchase?  Are you using the APP or on a desk top/browser?

If it is sold and no longer active you will not be able to report the listing. If you purchased the item and it is no as described you can open an Item Not As Described refund to get your money back within 30 days of delivery.

If it is active and you are on the APP shake your device to open the help 3 dots. If you are on a desktop look for a floating ? icon instead of the 3 dots.
