I have been trying to reply to a message from an Ebayer and get the following Message, "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later." I tried calling but could not get anyone at Ebay to answer the question as to why I cannot reply to a message from a Ebayer.

If the user is still registered, try composing a new message by going to the user's feedback or profile page and using the "Contact" link there.
