I accidentally reclosed the item I find a way to reopen to get my refund back

What type of refund request did you open? Was it an Item Not Received? or an Item Not as Described?

If you open and then closed an Item Not as Described case, you cannot reopen it.  Your option now is to possibly file a claim with your payment source.

My item did not receive was not shipped I try to respond to the seller he doesn’t answer me he scammed me it was the seed of chucky doll I spent $428.00 is there another way to get the refund back
