Reopen a return that was closed

I accidentally enter the wrong return reason and in an attempt to fix it the return was closed. I still want to return the item but I don’t how.

Unfortunately, once you close a return another one cannot be opened.  If there are issues like it arrived damaged or was not as described then you will have to pursue a dispute with your funding source (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
