I sold some gold on here recently worth a lot of money. The buyer claimed it was all fake(which is untrue) and put in for a return. I accepted the return, and received a pennies in the mail instead of the gold I sent them. So I opened up a case against them. I had proof that they lied and I won the appeal. I got my money back and received an email from ebay support claiming this exactly, “This case will not affect your seller performance, and we’ll remove any feedback that was posted for this item.”
low and behold the customer left me horrible feedback. I put in a feedback removal request and eBay support denied my request much to my dismay and confusion. I don’t understand why and I can’t figure out how to get in contact with anyone about getting it removed. Any suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks!
