I recently had to cancel an order because it was out of stock. I listed the reason on the cancellation as "Out of stock or damaged."
Now the buyer is contacting me saying that their account is restricted because of the cancellation. I told him there is no way to remove a cancellation and that his account wouldn't be suspended unless I chose the reason "Buyer hasn't paid."
He keeps saying that a picture of the order that was cancelled is shown and that it was suggested to reach out to the seller and request the cancellation be removed.
Please advise.

@tns-3223 Only the seller receives a DEFECT for canceling as out of stock. If he has any questions about the message from eBay have him contact customer service.
