Removed negative feedback

Hi guys,

Can I have your opinion regarding the following case:

I won an auction for lot (plastic box) of 14 porcelqin eggs (this was shown on 5 published photos with the listing). 

However I received the box, but with 13 eggs. 

Obviously after wrapping the eggs the seller could not accommodate them all in the plastic box (food container) and simply sent 1 egg less.

Since I couldn't claim "item not received", I wrote to the seller twice, asking for partial refund. No response. Then I asked ebay to step in, but in  reply I got only the tracking number for the delivery of the 13 eggs...

They were simply sending me over and over the tracking number.

I closed the claim as I can't claim non delivery , and left negative feedback for the seller.

Today I found that my negative feedback was removed!

This is inappropriate guys.

What can do now?

It depends on what you said in the negative feedback.  There are rules to what can and can't be in feedback.  So without knowing exactly what you said, it is hard to advise you on that one.

 

There isn't a lot you can do here.  You opened a claim and you closed it.  You can't open another one.  It appears there isn't anything else you can do.  I hope these weren't expensive.

Many thanks for getting back.

The feed back I left was the one I have placed as the description of the original post above. I didn't use any abusive or disrespectful language. I just provided the facts. 

Anyway I feel now dissappinted not only from the seller and also from ebay . I  don't feel that my money are guaranteed and should keep that in mind.

Removed negative feedback

On of the rules is you can't talk about or reference any claim.  So if you did that, that is likely how they got it removed.
