Remove late or no tracking off your seller hub

Hello

I have been on the phone 4 different times and no luck. Anyone have an idea how to get no scan or late labels taken off your seller hub. No one can fix it.. I am getting so aggravated over this... OH your still at 98% they say and I say I should be 100%...There was no label made on an item the guy disputed the charges.....   They just don't get it!!! You cab correct defect charges but you can't remove late % and correct it????

This isn't counted against you, so why stress about it?

Late shipment rate

What this means

We help set buyers' expectations by showing them an estimated delivery date for their order. To help ensure items arrive on time, sellers are responsible for shipping items within their stated handling time, using the delivery service selected by the buyer.

 

How we count a late shipment depends on whether you've uploaded tracking information from an integrated carrier.

 

With tracking, we'll count an item as late when:

  • The delivery scan is after the latest estimated delivery date AND
  • There is no carrier scan within your handling time.

If there is no tracking information available:

  1. When the buyer leaves feedback, we'll ask them if the item arrived on time.
  2. If the buyer confirms the item arrived after the estimated delivery date, it will be counted as late.

Minimum requirements

A high late shipment rate on its own won't cause your account to be evaluated as Below Standard, but a low rate is required for Top Rated status.
