Refunding for dual shipping cost

Buyer paid before I could send invoice combining shipping. How do I refund one shipping charge

Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped

Locate the order, click the down-arrow, click Send refund, select a reason, enter the amount to be refunded, send.
