Hello,

I have been requesting a Refund for an item i ordered on Oct 30th, it was never shipped and i am trying to request my money back  and  seller said he send it and dies vene said refunded on the page, i am trying to contact Ebay to step in and  it does  not get me there..

Ebay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. Once it is one day past the estimated delivery date, you can go to your Purchase History and select the item and open an Item Not Received refund request. EBay will contact the Seller. The Seller must respond with either a valid tracking or a full refund.
