Refund

No where did I see sold AS IS, but it doesn't matter, as there is no such thing as As Is on ebay.  If the buyer states the item received is Not as Described, you need to accept the return and pay for the return shipping.  The other option is to send the buyer a full refund and NOT require return of the item.

Refund

Hi @shottatamlaf

In order to list the item as 'Used' ... it MUST be 'fully operational and function as intended'.  Otherwise, it needs to be listed as 'For parts or not working' (if that Item Condition is available in that Category).

If Play Station does NOT 'function as intended' as you sold it ... then you need to accept the return and provide the buyer with a prepaid shipping label so that they can return the item for a full refund.  I'm very sorry, but the listing WAS misleading when 'Used' was chosen for the Item Condition if the item can't be played as is.
