I have a buyer asking for a refund in personal messages due to they don’t like the way I handled the transaction. Because I had trouble entering tracking number and sent it to them in a private message the same day as I ordered it I sent the package but I put the track good number in the very next day. It was the Internet glitch now they want to refund. I told them to contact eBay but they said I had to do it.

@dixie_290 Unless they file an official refund request you do not have to do anything. There actually is nothing you can do as you can't open a refund request for the buyer.
If they file a not as described refund request or not received then you do need to respond to the request.
If you have tracking that shows delivery by the last estimated delivery date then you will win a not received case.
