I was issued a refund to PayPal but I don't know what to do to get it.

A refund for an eBay transaction should go back to the original payment source, if the refund was made through eBay.

Hi @dorhu5199 ,

You can log in to PayPal and have the money transferred to your bank account ... if you do not have a bank account linked to PayPal you can do that and then get the money.  You can also leave the money in PayPal and use it to purchase other items ... many places accept PayPal ... I mean gee, they are THE NUMBER 1 PAYMENT PROCESSOR in the world ...

You won’t find the refund in your PayPal account.  It was returned to the payment source you used … probably a credit or debit card.  It can take a while to actually SEE it back in your account.
