Refund

I requested a refund for a item that came damaged. The seller accepted it and I sent him the item back. When I left a negative review on his page he requested it to be taken down because he already accepted the refund. I said no. For some reason eBay says it was never shipped to the seller and I have tried contacting him through messages and he hasn’t responded. And I know he saw it because he requested eBay to look into the refund request and sided with him. Even though I did everything eBay asked. Can anyone please help?

There is a known bug with Returns where the return tracking # doesn't upload or update as it should, then eBay will close the case because they don't see that it's been returned. This occurs even with their own labels.

 

Contact eBay CS to add the return tracking and reverse the denial for a refund. They should be aware of this bug, it's been going on for over a year.

Contact customer service and ask them to check on the tracking - sometimes the # doesn't stay in the return the way it should.  If eBay sent the label, they should be able to find the #.
