I need to change a response to a refund from full to partial. I chose full refund at first but didn't send the payment and now it's not giving me any other option than to pay a full refund. What do I do?

I'm not sure you can change it, will have to ask eBay CS.

go to this linked page, look on the left and click "Chat with auto asst"

In the chatbot that opens, type in AGENT then press Send to bypass the bots

You should see options to reach a live agent.
