Refund

I purchased an item and was charged $10 shipping fee, long story short the person never shipped the item and refunded me what the item cost minus the shipping? So I get that $10 back because the item is never shipped? I haven't received it yet.

If the seller filed a Cancellation, you should get back a full refund less the sales tax, since ebay will be refunding that to you.

The item was $30 total, $20 for the item and $10 for shipping. I only received the $20 back from the seller.  It's only a $10 loss so I'm really not to worried about it, I just wanted to know the reason when it was never even shipped?
