Okay so I ordered a Lego set and a few days later got an email saying EBay removed the item due to suspicious activity with the sellers account. I’ve tried everything I can think of on here to get a refund but I can’t find any option on the item to get a refund and whenever I try to report the item as having not come in, it says I have an open case on the item already. I just want my money back can anyone help?
