Refund

Someone hacked my account and purchased something without my knowlage. I contacted the seller as soon as I saw the receipt from PayPal to try and cancel the shipment. I received no reply but I did report the fraud to eBay. I also changed my password on my ebay and PayPal accounts. I refused the package when it did arrived over a week ago but still no reply from the seller even after a couple more messages. I even called the seller but only got a voicemail message. Is there anything else I can do to get my money back?

Contact ebay trust and safety for help.  You should not have refused the package as there is no record of it in the system now as being returned to the seller.

First do steps #1-4. Then call ebay to report the hacked account, the link to call eBay is in #5

Complete all of these steps to secure your account:

#1 Use this link to find out if you have any orphaned eBay sessions that are still active. Many of these orphaned sessions will be your own, but you should end all but your current session. This will kick the hacker out (he is probably using the "Stay signed in" box to maintain his session even if you change the password).
This sign-in tool can be accessed from other eBay sites and will show all sessions, regardless of site, in local time. Since the tool shows all sessions across all domains, there is no need to sign into more than one site to see all login sessions.

#2 Check your cell phone number to make sure it's correct BEFORE changing your password and make sure that it is your number (so the hacker can't get the new password texted to them).
When your account has been hacked, you need to check and correct all of your contact information (addresses, email addresses, phone numbers) and change your password AND security questions.
Don't use the same password as other sites.

#3 Run a full antivirus / antimalware scan.
When your account gets hacked, it is almost always because your computer has malware on it. Or, because your email account was hacked. So do what is needed to secure your email account as well. If you don't secure your email account then the hacker can get back in again easily.

#4 Change your paypal password and security questions. It needs to be different than ebay and your email account.

#5 You need to report to eBay Customer Service that your account has been stolen. Here is a direct link to report a hijacked account. This phone number is available 24/7, and usually has a short wait time.

#6 If the hacker has had packages sent to a wrong address, since you know the name and address and tracking number, you may be able to get it redirected to your own address. You can contact the USPS online, to see if that is possible. https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm There are fees for this service.
