Needed to cancel an auction item after it sold - the item sold elsewhere and I couldn't cancel the listing. I initiated a refund for the total amount, and then ebay told me I owe an addition $200 on a $245 order. Am I misreading their info, or is it possible the funds aren't being subtracted properly from the sale revenue?
