Refund on shipping label

If I cancel an order for a buyer that I haven't shipped yet but bought the shipping label alraedy thru Ebay, will I be refunded for the shipping label I don't use?

Cancel the unused label. The refund takes about 3 weeks.

1. Go to Manage shipping labels.
2. Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select Cancel Label.
3. Choose your reason for canceling the label.
4. Select Send request.
