Refund on a shipping label

I bought a label for a  priority flat rate box & the item did not fit so I had to pay for regular shipping.   I printed label over 48 hours ago but need to void & cannot figure out how.   I need help as I paid almost $100 to ship the item.  How do you void a label after it  ia printed & been over 48 hours.

You have 5 days to void the label. Note that it will take about 3 weeks for the refund to come through (USPS needs to ensure the label isn't used).

You can void a usps label for up to 5 days after printing.

1. Go to Manage shipping labels.
2. Find the item you'd like to void the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select More Actions, and then select Void.
3. Choose your reason for voiding the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
4. Select Void shipping label.
