I made a payment on ebay and the item never arrived, I got a return that eBay had issued a refund to my credit card to date I have not received the money I then made another purchase of around 240 dollars I received a notification from the seller telling me that my address was incorrect and he asked for a refund I actually saw the refund message from ebay but I didn't I still haven't received the money, please help me, that's two failed orders for which I haven't been reimbursed
