Refund not received

I just want to know why eBay is trying to delay on purpose my refund that i have asked for when I didn’t receive the item . And they told me a lie saying that the seller account was hacked . I don’t care if the seller was hacked . Where is my refund ?

If you filed a Refund Request, you can escalate it to a case by asking Ebay to step in to help you as soon as 3 business days have passed since you filed the Refund Request.

  1. Find the item in your Purchases.
  2. Select See request details (if your item didn't arrive).
  3. Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
  4. Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
