Refund not in full

I need help with this order. I ordered this and I had to return it due not being the color I needed. When I inputted the information, it said it was the color. I returned it in the same condition in the box and with pictures. It is now telling me that I will only get back half of the money I paid. I paid $226.10 and now they are refunding me $113.05. The note from the seller says SELLER DEUCTION -$113.05. Please explain how I paid full amount for something and the day it arrived at my home it's not correct and I returned the next day in the same condition and now only getting back half of my money. I want the full refund, and I will never shop EBAY again. The seller is ZXSTORE03 out of calf.

If it was returned in the same condition, the seller should not have made any deduction. You can appeal the deduction by reviewing it with customer service.
