If a parcel you sent to your buyer was not delivered, and you refunded your buyer, then, if you purchased insurance through your carrier (or if the carrier offers some amount of standard insurance amount included with purchase of the shipping label), you file a claim
Use the tracking results to show the loss of the parcel. You will then receive the insured amount.
This is the only way to be recompensed. eBay will not cover such losses.
