Refund for duplicate order

Hi, I am not sure whether you got an order 11-08379? As I received the payment message but do not have the order confirmation then only I re-order gain the order 08-08380.

Please assist to guide how to cancel the order 11-08379 if the order confirm place. Sorry to trouble, thanks

You need to return to your home site: https://www.ebay.com.my

Then go to   My ebay > Purchase history     Do you see the item listed twice?  If so, you have indeed made 2 purchases.  Click on CONTACT SELLER.  Explain what happened and that you only need one of the item, and to please file a Cancellation for the one item.
