Refund claim form won't allow submission

Attempting to submit a claim for a refund I got as far as entering four photos, firstly rather large ones. The 'Continue' button remained grey. Then re-sized the photos and entered the little ones after deleting the big ones. 'Continue' remains grey.

I am doing this from a MacBook Pro with up-to-date system. My browser is Safari.

How can I get 'Continue' to allow my claim to be submitted?
