Refund. For non delivered item

Hi @socoguy234 

If you talk to eBay they will tell you that you only have to wait one day past the original estimated delivery to file a claim via the item in your Purchase history that you did not receive the item.  The claim will explain the steps in volved and the time frame to wait for the Seller to respond. 3-4 days.  If they do not respond you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in via the link there.  They will force the refund.
