Refresh your store

I have an Ebay store. Can I refresh it myself or do I have to call them directly and have them do it?

@dpojedniconlineseller   There is no magic refresh your store button, some CS agents claim to do this but really there isn't one. 

You can make a small change to your listings using bulk edit that will make the items re index to the site by changing the handling time to two days and then the next day change it back to one day.    Or add a message to all listings that says something like " thank you for shopping with me".

 I know when I have changed my handling time when going out of town I suddenly get sales even on stale items.

How to use bulk edit:

1. Go to this active listings page : https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2. Put a checkmark next to all items.
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
5. Select edit fields on the upper left> handling time> edit and submit
