Recent purchases and messages not showing up

Just recently my recent purchases and messages are missing/not coming through.

Also, when selecting an item to purchase it does not show up in the cart.

Also, where do I find my ID?

Make sure you are actually signed in to the same eBay account you have used for your most recent purchases.

In addition, are you using the ebay app or a desktop computer?  If a computer, have you tried a different browser?
