Receiving unwanted items

Do the packages say return? There would be a return ID in the lower left corner of the label.  I assume the label is an eBay label.

Is there any info in the package that would help identify the buyer or seller?  Some sellers are known to send fake shipments so they can pump up ratings, but this is more an Amazon thing than eBay.

I know customer service can ID the seller from a return #, I don't know if they can do it just from the tracking #.  If it is a seller using your name and address fro returns, you need to report the seller for abusing your personal information.  It is a form of identity theft.

If you can tell you what info you have, we can help you figure out how to find what you need to report it.

Go to  https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/home    Scroll to the bottom and click the Contact Us button.  Follow the prompts.  When you get to the automated chat, you can type in the word Agent to reach a human.  At least that's the way it works on the US site.  Good luck.
