I received a bad alternator. The seller, put the alternator is NEW. I received the alternator, and the item is a damage part. Now I send the seller different mail. No answer. Now I read the seller review, I see that the seller is working so. The seller not respond to email. And the seller normally send you damage parts. Increíble. The problem is, that i don't live in USA, it's a lot of money to send this item back. What kind of possibilities there, so i can receive my money or a part of them. I'm so disappointed
