There’s no need to contact an eBay agent. You just need to file a ‘return request’ from your Purchase History … choosing ‘Doesn’t match description or photos’ as the reason for the request.
If the seller doesn’t provide either a prepaid return shipping label or a full refund within three business days … then go back to your open request and ask eBay to step in. eBay will do the rest.
A seller's ‘no return’ policy has no meaning when an item is ‘not as described’.
